2018 Noonan Syndrome Foundation Conference

The Noonan Syndrome Foundation Conference is a unique learning opportunity for families and professionals to connect. The program offers keynote speakers who are experts in their fields, workshops tailored to connect families with others of similar experiences, individual consultations with the Noonan syndrome medical experts, childcare for individuals with Noonan syndrome and their siblings, up to age 12, and teen care for individuals with Noonan syndrome and their siblings ages 13-17.

****The Noonan Syndrome Foundation (NSF) will be taking pictures and videos throughout the conference. Your participation in the 4th Annual Noonan Syndrome Conference gives us permission to use the photos and videos for NSF use. There will be absolutely no names used in association with a photograph or video. If you do not want the foundation to use your photo or video, please send a written request to the Noonan Syndrome Foundation, 306 Exchange Blvd. #156 Bethlehem, GA 30620 prior to the start of the conference.****

When is the last day register?
You are welcome to register up until June 30, 2018 but please make your hotel reservations before June 28, 2018 You must stay at the Hilton to receive child care.

How much does it cost to attend the conference?

Adult Registration (Ages 13+): $200.00 per person

Is childcare provided?

Yes, but spacing is limited so register today to guarantee your spot.

Participants must meet the following requirements:

• Parents must be in the hotel and accessible at all times.
• Pick up is strictly enforced due to over time charges. If you are even five minutes late for
pick up, you will be responsible for paying over time charges.
• Due to the limited number of spaces, we can only accommodate families who are staying at
the conference hotel or live locally and are driving to the conference daily.
• Your spot will be guaranteed as soon as the online registration forms are completed and
submitted, space permitting.
• All terms are subject to change.

General Childcare Notes:

• Childcare workers cannot provide one-on-one childcare or nursing care this includes tube
feedings.
• Out of respect for others, please do not bring children under 13 to the conference and workshop sessions.
• For the safety of your child, you must be on the hotel premises at all times while your child
is in childcare.
• Conference registration and payment is required for each child who goes to childcare, even
once.
• Children who are sick and/or contagious will not be allowed to attend childcare,
for the sake of our more fragile participants.
• Payment cannot be refunded.

FAQ:

Will there be shuttle services to and from the airport?

The hotel does not have a shuttle to and from the airport, but one can be booked using SuperShuttle. https://www.supershuttle.com

What is proper attire?

Casual, comfortable attire is appropriate for the entire conference. Dressier attire is sometimes chosen, but not required, for the Saturday evening dinner. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so layers are best.

This is a social for the whole family to attend. Welcoming remarks and an overview of the schedule will be given as well.

Banquet Dinner

Can you tell me more about the banquet dinner and events?

Each Conference hosts a celebration banquet dinner. Guests are also welcome to attend but you must pay for them in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot sell tickets at the door. The cost for unregistered adults (13+) is $40 per person and $20 per unregistered child ages 5-12 years old. Children ages 4 and under are free. You will be able to purchase as many tickets as you need during this registration process.

Do I need to make reservations at the hotel separately and what is the price?

Being together at the same hotel is so important and lends itself to the very purpose of our conference. Please make your own hotel reservations directly with the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort by June 28, 2018 in the Noonan syndrome block at a reduced rate of $115.00 per night plus tax and parking is free.
